The nursery is on Jeffreys Road in Stockwell, SW4 6QX, which is a short walk from Wandsworth Road rail station. Stockwell tube station and Clapham North are both within a ten-minute walk as well. Most families coming from the Wandsworth Road area find the journey straightforward on foot or by bus.
Yes, we accept both the 15-hour and 30-hour funded places. Every three and four year old is entitled to 15 universal hours a week regardless of whether parents are working, so no conditions apply to that entitlement. The 30-hour extended entitlement is different and is only available to working families where both parents, or the sole parent, work at least the equivalent of 16 hours a week at minimum wage and neither parent individually earns over 100,000 pounds adjusted net income. This 30-hour entitlement applies to eligible families with three and four year olds, and also to eligible working families with a child from nine months old. We are happy to talk through what you are entitled to when you get in touch.
We take children from six months old through to five years, so families can join as early as they need to and stay with us right through until school. Places do fill up, particularly for the younger age groups, so it is worth getting in touch as soon as you have a start date in mind. We are happy to add children to our waiting list and to stay in contact as a place comes available.
