Most families qualify for some level of government childcare support. Here is what is currently available in England.

30 hours free childcare
Eligible working families - from 9 months to school age
Up to 1,140 hours per year. Available from the term after your child turns 9 months old. Both parents must earn the equivalent of 16 hours per week at National Minimum Wage, and neither can earn over £100,000.
2-year-old funding
Eligible 2-year-olds
15 hours free for 2-year-olds whose families receive certain benefits, have a child with an EHCP or SEND, are looked after by the council, or qualify on other criteria.

All prices are per child. Monthly fees are spread across 12 months.
Fees, meals and funding information
Registration and deposit
- A £50 registration fee is payable with your application form and is non-refundable.
- A £200 deposit secures your place, payable four weeks before your child starts. This is fully refundable, or deducted from your final invoice.
Billing
- Fees are calculated by spreading your sessions across the 51 weeks we're open each year (accounting for bank holidays) into a fixed monthly amount.
- For funded places, monthly fees are calculated as (term-time weekly rate x 38 + standard weekly rate x 13) / 12.
- Payment is due by the 3rd of the month, in advance.
- We accept standing order, online bank transfer, cheque, and childcare vouchers from Computershare, Edenred, Fair Care, Sodexo, Care4 and Busy Bees.
- Full fees remain payable even if your child is away due to sickness or holiday.
- There's no charge for the week we close over Christmas.
- Fees are reviewed annually.
- A month's written notice is required to end a place.
Meals
Meal charges apply only to term-time-only attendance, based on your child's session type and nursery:
Stockwell:
- 30 to 50 hours, term-time only (8am to 4pm or 6pm): £5.70 per day
- 15 or 30 hours, mornings only: £3.54 per day
- 15 or 30 hours, afternoons only: £1.50 per day
Higham Hill and Northolt:
- 30 to 50 hours, term-time only (8am to 4pm or 6pm): £6.50 per day
- 15 or 30 hours, mornings only: £4.25 per day
- 15 or 30 hours, afternoons only: £2.00 per day
All-year-round attendance, at any nursery: meals are included at no extra charge.
Tax-Free Childcare
Tax-Free Childcare is a separate government scheme from the 15 and 30 hours funded entitlements. For every £8 you pay into an online childcare account, the government adds £2, up to £2,000 a year per child, or £4,000 for a child with a disability. It's available for children under 12, or under 17 for a child with a disability, and can be used alongside funded hours to cover the rest of your fees. Eligibility depends on your income and working status, ask us and we can point you to the official checker.

How we support you with funding
All you need is your funding eligibility code and National Insurance number, we take care of everything else, and apply the reduction to your invoice. We remind you each term when your code needs renewing and flag any issues before they affect your billing. If you are unsure whether you qualify for 30 hours, our friendly team can walk you through the eligibility check at any time. For families starting mid-term, we allocate funding from your start date, so you only pay for what you use.

How fees are invoiced
The fees are payable by the 3rd day of the month in advance of your child attending the setting. Payments can be made by Cheque or Standing order/online BACS transfer. Spreading fees across 12 equal payments means your cost stays consistent regardless of how many days fall in a given month. You will receive your invoice well in advance of each month. Any ad hoc sessions added during the month appear on the next invoice. One month's written notice is required to change your regular sessions.

Once you have visited and decided to go ahead, we send a place confirmation and fee agreement within 48 hours. Receipt of the registration fee secures your child's place at our nursery.
